Strawberry Pistachio Topper – 2 Ways
Ingredients:
For the topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- ¼ cup Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Pinch of sea salt
For the bowl:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla — or use coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- Extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- 2 slices of toast your choice (for serving over toast) (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, gently mix strawberries, pistachios, lime zest and juice, honey, mint, and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl – scoop yogurt into a bowl. Spoon the strawberry pistachio mixture on top.
- Add final touches – drizzle with a little extra honey or maple syrup. Can also be used as a toast topper.
