Ingredients
- 1 pack puff pastry (2 sheets)
- ½ cup Setton Farms Organic Dry Roasted with Sea Salt Pistachio Kernels – chopped
- Pesto of your choice
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350F.
- Chop pistachios until they are even in texture.
- Roll out each pastry puff sheet.
- Spread pesto on one sheet.
- Add chopped pistachios and put a second sheet on top.
- Cut into 10 strips.
- Twist and roll – make sure to tuck in the ends.
- Top with crushed pistachios.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
